1. Website Content

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Bernhard Kunz, Bauherrenstrasse 42, 8049 Zurich (“AMC Tribute”) and the users (“User” or “You”) of the website www.amc-tribute.com and the music of the hip-hop artist AMC.
All content on this website (music, text, images, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright. Use is permitted only under the conditions defined herein.

 

2. Use of Music

AMC’s music may be used and downloaded free of charge for private, non-commercial purposes.
Public performances (e.g. on radio, at concerts, or in cultural venues) are permitted provided that:

• the music remains unaltered,

• it is not used for profit-making purposes, and

• it is not used in a political, religious, or discriminatory context.

 

Use is also permitted in social and political contexts that align with AMC’s values – in particular, events opposing oppression, racism, police violence, or discrimination, and supporting justice, equality, and solidarity.

Remixing or sampling AMC’s works requires the written consent of AMC Tribute.

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

​

• use in advertising, PR, or commercial productions;

• use at political or religious events;

• use at events promoting or tolerating violence, racism, sexism, or pornography;

• use by political parties or groups whose positions contradict AMC’s values, especially populist, nationalist, or discriminatory movements.
   

Users are responsible for any applicable SUISA fees and for registering the use of music with SUISA or other relevant collecting societies.

3. Copyright

All rights to the content of this website remain with AMC Tribute or the respective rights holders. Any use beyond what is permitted under these Terms (e.g. editing, redistribution) requires written consent.

 

4. User Conduct

Manipulating the website, attempting to hack it, or retrieving content in an automated manner is strictly prohibited.

5. Fees

AMC Tribute provides AMC’s music free of charge. Voluntary donations are welcome and will be used for charitable causes consistent with AMC’s values.

6. Warranty and Liability

The website and all related content are provided “as is” without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, AMC Tribute disclaims all liability.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to fully indemnify AMC Tribute against any third-party claims arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, or infringement of laws or third-party rights.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Swiss law, excluding the CISG and conflict-of-law provisions. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich 1, Switzerland.
