The images tell the story of AMC’s work as a hip hop artist and highlight his powerful stage presence. Most of the live performance photos were taken by Vanessa de Maddalena, and we thank her sincerely for allowing us to share them here. Legendary Performances at the Style Bakery
From 2018 onwards, AMC was a regular presence on the Style Bakery stage. The freestyle hip-hop show with live band first kicked off at the Kon-Tiki in Zurich. With his strong presence and sharp lyrics, AMC faced off with the virtuosic band Quiddity at the open mic – leaving a lasting impression. He could ignite any crowd. His energy, style, and words resonated far beyond the city limits.
Through the Roof at Moods
Freestyling was AMC’s true element. In Zurich, he carried the Style Bakery event series from Kon-Tiki to Helsinki, GDS.Fm, and finally to Moods. Most of these photos capture his performances at Moods between 2021 and 2023, as well as a set at Sunntig ZHypher at the Gotthard Bar – where he shared the stage with Jonny Ive, Baqabond, and Pablo, setting the crowd alight and taking the atmosphere through the roof.
Powerful Messages Included
These photos show more of AMC’s performances at Moods and ZWZ between 2021 and 2023. His songs were raw and authentic – marked by willpower and strength, yet also by vulnerability, inner struggle, and pain. And still, at the heart of it all, there was always love – the force that held everything together for AMC.
Moments Beyond the Stage
AMC lived hip-hop far beyond the mic. Respect, community, integrity, and authenticity were at the core of who he was. For AMC, hip-hop meant raising one’s voice, calling out injustice, and standing up for the vulnerable – even when that meant going against the system. He stayed true to these ideals, even through his own heavy and powerless moments.
Insights into the Community
Many people met AMC through friendship and love, walking alongside him as close companions on his journey. These photos capture only a glimpse of that connection. They stand for all those who carry AMC in their hearts.

Many of the videos can also be found on YouTube. "Bucket Fried Chicken" was an early collaboration between AMC, Billy and Jope aka Da Loungist. "Bestimmig" was created in 2023 together with his brother Jeffrey aka JPrince. Live performances – often with Style Bakery and Quiddity – add to the collection. You can hear AMC in interviews in "Blüetestaub #16" and especially in "Crushed Ice Release", recorded for the launch of his debut album. In "AMC Tribute", his brother Jeffrey aka JPrince and close musical companion Jonny Ive remember him with love and honesty. Legacy isn’t just what someone leaves behind – it’s also what others carry forward. After his passing, the hip hop community paid tribute to AMC through numerous graffiti works, a powerful sign of the space he has left behind. It’s not only his music we miss – but most of all, the person he was.
